Team description
Financial Services IT is a part of the Digital Core Department at IT and its responsibility is to provide sustainable IT solutions and innovative IT expertise within the Financial Services area, thus one of our group’s primary purpose is together with FS to harmonize the global IT landscape.

So what is the plan?
We want to bring you and some other awesome new IT colleague to our new group to support the transformation of our high-performance agile teams that consist of architects, developers, service managers and some other stars that makes this constellation pretty special. The ultimate goal is of course to have happy users within all SFS communities who can use the power of software and data to make better decisions.

Are you the Senior Architect we are looking for?

Profile
We believe you are driven and senior architect who will support us building a new Architecture team.
The team is responsible for understanding the business strategies and visualize the future IT landscape that enables the business goals.

You have the ability to lead and guide your colleagues in the right direction, you have deep and analytical problem-solving skills, we are sure you will keep a daily and live collaboration with our business colleges and other Solution architects to establish a flexible and future proven IT landscape.

We believe you are self-confident and that you are not afraid to question us and the organization. By being fearless, you also lead by example in creating and keeping an exploratory work environment where we all feel free to try new things.

For you to be successful in this role we believe you should be an experienced professional with a strong WILL to delivery results with quality and speed.

Responsibilities
• Produce, get approved and maintain an high-level business/IT-target (to-be) for the Financial Services domain, in daily collaboration with business representatives and the extended EA function
• Ensuring that functionality is reused and that company-wide architecture principles and guidelines for standards are followed in the technical architecture.
• Facilitate the reuse of ideas, applications, components, and proven patterns; within the FS domain
but also across the enterprise by collaborating with other Lead architects of the extended EA function
• Drive Architect Board.

Basic Qualifications
• Experience from working with cloud and hybrid solutions
• Experience of understanding business requirements and working with key business and technology stakeholders
• Experience in data management.
• Experience in setup and maintenance of complex integrations
• Ability to constructively challenge ideas and design approaches
• Broad architecture diagramming capabilities
• Good communication skills, good at networking and creating relationships Experience and practice from using agile working methods
• The work environment is international and our corporate language is English.
