We are looking for several experienced Senior Solution Architects in Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Poland. You are familiar with latest technology trends, integration & architecture patterns, machine learning, robotics or cloud computing. You are a natural architecture leader with experience that can stand on your feet to own and drive solution architecture outcomes to guide stakeholders and delivery teams.

This is an opportunity for you to partner with initiatives and release trains within Nordea and work with a great team of Solution Architects, Developers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and other roles in driving customer and business outcomes.

as our Core Banking Program.

Your future responsibilities
You’ll join our Solution Architecture unit as part of Group Architecture. We provide solution and system architects to different initiatives across all business areas in Nordea including Commercial and Business Banking, Personal Banking, Wholesale Banking, Asset and Wealth Management and other Group Functions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver High Level Design documents & other architectural artefacts for initiatives
- Participate in architectural forums and review other solution architects’ artefacts
- Take a leading role in solution architecture in agile delivery supporting various stakeholders
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects in respective areas to align on transition and target architectures
- Govern solution architecture in your area of focus to ensure that it is aligned with Nordea strategy and related principles, guidelines and targets

Your profile and background:
- Strong experience in solution architecture and technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Informal Leadership
- Collaboration skills and courage to challenge
- Modelling skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Agile way of working (SAFe)
- Passion, drive and ownership towards solution architecture and delivery
- Banking experience (inhouse or COTS product integrations)
It would be beneficial if you are already familiar with areas such as savings and lending products, cards, open banking (APIs), cash management, account management, payments or internal/external reporting areas. Experience with information and data architecture is a plus.
