Senior Solution Implementer
You will join teams of Process and Implementation Consultants that deliver software configuration and development aspects through the full life cycle of client solutions on the ServiceNow cloud-based platform. They use their experience delivering enterprise technology projects and their passion for client success to assist the ProCori and client team to exceed project goals. Our clients are mainly the largest companies in Sweden and northern Europe.
A Senior Solution Implementer will typically do work to assist the senior solution architects within Service Management - data collection and analysis, workshop assistance, solution building as well as assist with producing documentation and user guides. This position is a key member of the implementation assignment team as well as the post implementation assignment team.
Responsibilities
Take lead on solution building, workflow design and testing in collaboration with the development team
Take lead of operational activities for solution management organization
Participate in most technical aspects of solution delivery including:
o Configuration, building and customization of solutions
o Assist with technical challenges across multiple complex projects simultaneously
o Configuration of integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.)
o Assist with client facing and internal technical deliverables
Assist Business Analyst in requirement gathering and process workshops
Assist Solution Architect in refining stories and related documentation
Build and set up integration flows
Experience Required
Be able to take responsibility for technical and solution building activates and tasks in collaboration with Business Analysts, Solution Architects
Extensive knowledge of Service Now platform
Good understanding of ITSM processes and or other Service Management processes
Good understanding of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)
Good understanding of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL etc.
Strong communication skills (active listener, think before acting, superb verbal and writing skills)
Demonstrated consulting aptitude (understanding of business drivers behind technology, problem solver, attention to detail, resourcefulness, not afraid to ask questions, etc.)
Must be a team player and some travel will be required, primarily in the Nordics
ITIL Certified
