Senior Sourcer - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Sourcer who has a proven track record recruiting for different industries and understands the TA philosophy/strategy which facilitates the ability to define and measure projects that will have the greatest impact.

What you'll do:
● Owns top of funnel engagement and talent landscape of potential candidates for high priority/senior-level searches within our Global organization. Collaborating and presently directly with senior stakeholders.
● Maintains close relationship with hiring managers and Uses data and insights to educate hiring teams about top-of-funnel process.
● Demonstrates the highest level of proficiency when it comes to sourcing ability. Has a deep understanding of technical recruitment, and candidate marketplace.
● Drives key sourcing initiatives within the recruitment team. Guides recruiters and coordinators on creative strategies and attracting hard-to-attain talent.
● Ensures that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed in a competency-driven way.
● Proactively leads diverse pipelining strategies at all levels and able to nurture leads long term.

● Demonstrates ability to coach and educate team members around sourcing abilities, while still exhibiting a growth mindset.

● Outstanding stakeholder and candidate management skills, to ensure a positive candidate experience and a streamlined approach to our hiring process.
● Ability to act as a strategic partner to senior levels of leadership within the company and act independently and seek solutions when problems arise.
