Senior Sourcing Manager, TV & Media Technology

We are strengthening our team with a Senior Sourcing Manager. You will be a business partner to Business Area TV and Media and focus on both Hardware and Software.
In this role, you will be:
Negotiating and contracting agreements where you secure short and long term Telia objectives with the right partner/supplier set-up including minimizing risk, including exit / fast failure options and securing long term Telia value chain contribution/position
Collaborating with colleagues within the Telia Company footprint and in close co-operation with our suppliers to enable new business based on new technology
Close supplier collaboration including internal coordination and structural follow up of agreed actions
Responsibility for key suppliers, relationship and performance
Analysis of cost structure, business opportunities and savings potentials
Constantly seeking for opportunities to simplify processes and work in more efficient ways
Contributing to overall sourcing & procurement performance, transformation and the success of Telia's TV and Media business.

Who are you?
In order to excel in this role, you need to be an experienced sourcing professional with strong networking skills and an extensive experience in managing the suppliers. You are passionate about technology, business and negotiations. Further your experience and way of working includes:
High personal drive to initiate, run and implement initiatives
A pragmatic way of working securing short time to agreement and at the same time securing Telia objectives
A result and team-oriented mindset
A will to learn and develop new thinking in an environment that requires change
University degree within Engineering, Computer science, Business or equivalent.

You have already demonstrated your strong skills also in following competence areas:
Negotiation and contracting
Indirect and direct influencing and argumentation to fulfill objectives
Strategic mindset, contributing to and implementing transformational category strategies
Business development mindset and drive, ensuring that partner/supplier portfolio and delivery meets our needs
Change management (in both people and operations context)
Analytics and business intelligence
Both written and verbal communication in English.
