What's in it for you?

The Environmental team within Manufacturing is responsible for environmental protection issues, such as environmental management, legal requirements, strategies and targets. We are looking for a new colleague that would take over a global role within our team. Your mission will be to continue the implementation of efficient ways of working and through collaboration with our plants, globally, contribute to improved environmental performance. As Energy Specialist your main focus will be reducing energy usage in our plants as one of the main pillars related to climate action. In order to do this, you need to work with representatives from many areas and will build a wide and cross-functional network within the company. What you'll do

As a Senior Energy Specialist, you will lead the Energy efficiency network globally.

     Your main responsibilities:
-    Develop and implement standardized ways of working with energy efficiency, incl Key Performance Indicators
-    Coach and engage internal stakeholders with strategic and operational energy efficiency activities
-    Identify improvement activities and investigate potential of proposed actions
-    Develop and maintain global energy statistics, reports, analyses and follow-up
-    Work independently, cross-functionally and strategically to support and coordinate major improvement projects
-    Support interpretation and implementation of legal and other requirements in the energy field.
-    Support audit activities.

What you need to succeed

We are looking for you who are a team player and has a university degree with focus on energy efficiency or equivalent and have experience from working with environment and especially industrial energy efficiency projects. 
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and since you will visit our plants you need a driving license (B). In this role you need to have strong project management, engineering and administrative skills. You need to be a self-motivated, performance-driven problem solver who loves finding new solutions. You are a team player with good communication skills who can build as well as maintain a great network around you.
Business acumen, high integrity, professionalism, holistic view and conceptual thinking are some of other key qualities that we want to see in you.
