About the role
As a Senior Specialist in Talent Acquisition Effectiveness within our Center of Excellence for Talent, Culture, and Engagement, you will have the opportunity to shape our global recruitment strategy across key functions, including Technology, Commercial Development, Sales, Finance, and Fintech. In this global role, based in Athens or Stockholm, you’ll be at the forefront of standardizing and optimizing talent acquisition processes, ensuring consistency and alignment with our strategic goals.
You’ll collaborate with local and global teams to enhance recruitment practices and improve the candidate experience. Reporting to the Director of the Center of Excellence, you’ll support our broader talent and engagement strategy, making a significant impact on the growth and success of our organization. Key Responsibilities Summary:
Strategic Alignment: Implement and tailor global Talent Acquisition strategies to align with business objectives, adapting them to local market needs. Provide feedback and training to improve the skills of the local Talent Acquisition teams and oversee recruitment efforts to meet operational demands across locations.
Process Standardization & Vendor Management: Establish standardized Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and systems, ensuring efficiency and best practices. Manage vendor relationships, conduct audits, and implement quality assurance strategies.
Employer Branding & Talent Pipelines: Ensure consistent employer branding across functions, supporting long-term talent pipeline creation. Collaborate on targeted recruitment marketing campaigns and leverage platforms like LinkedIn to attract top talent.
Talent Mobility: Develop strategies to enhance internal talent mobility, maximizing career growth opportunities within the company.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master of Business Administration/Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management preferred).
8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a background in leading strategies for key functions within large, multinational organizations.
Experience in managing stakeholders and building strong relationships with hiring managers and other key partners.
Familiarity with vendor management and process standardization, particularly within complex environments.
Experience with large-scale hiring across various levels.
Proven track record in developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies.
Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
