As a Senior Specialist hired on this position, you will be a part of Finance team and focus on the financial and management reporting activities and process improvements within HemoCue group.

You will report directly to Vice President Finance & IT. The position offers a very unique opportunity to be close to HemoCue’s decision makers and shape/influence the key reporting processes within the group. The job

To be successful, you must offer qualified financial and business support to HemoCue management. Your responsibilities, among others, will include:

Oversight of monthly financial closings and consolidation process

Preparation of management accounting and reporting packages Preparation and consolidation of forecasts (8 times/year), strategic plan and budget including relevant financial analyses Leadership and/or supporting role on various ad hoc projects Being a link between subsidiaries and parent company; sparring partner, and a go-to person for local finance leaders Ensuring accounting and reporting compliance, providing support and, when relevant, taking leadership role in establishing and deploying processes in subsidiaries and headquarters Developing and improving reporting processes on a continuous basis. Travel activity of ~10 % is to be expected
Qualifications

A Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics, or similar 5 years of experience within Consolidation/finance/controlling in an international group including US GAAP English is a requirement High attention to deadlines and details Good communication skills Excellent Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.
