As a Senior Specialist, Product Development, you will innovate and manage new product development projects, research, sensory evaluations and consumer testing projects. You will develop new products and product improvement ideas in assigned categories. You will lead recipe development, raw material and technology selection, and oversee project’s overall cost management and progress from brief to production. You will provide training and support to other functions. You will be responsible for all documentation related to the development projects.

You report to Head of Product development, Fazer Lifestyle Foods and your primary location will be in Vantaa, Stockholm or Copenhagen.

What you’ll bring to the team

You have experience in product development and proven track record of successfully implemented projects. You are innovative person with commercial mindset. Your proficiency is based on Master’s degree or equivalent expertise with an emphasis on Food Technology / Science or Nutrition and strong knowledge on product development, and related technologies. in assigned categories you have the ability to bring new ideas alive. You pay attention to details and have the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You are passionate about your job and always ready to go an extra mile. You are fluent in English.
