What we are looking for:
A peer to peer global leader, analytical problem solver and relationship manager. Someone who can creatively negotiate the value of a deal to win over a business partner despite their realistic or unrealistic challenges/ perceptions in a way that balances a good ongoing relationship between our business partner, our sales teams, and our customers.

Someone who:
Drives customer satisfaction by being an ambassador to our customer, knowing that every deal has a customer at the end of the process.
Is able to learn and understand D&B products and services.
Is able to learn and apply policies and procedures to be a cross functional leader to senior level Sales teams, Legal, Finance, Pricing and our Worldwide Network business partners
Is able to learn compensation models and accurately, timely calculate and pay intercompany compensation in excess of $1M+ annually
Builds and maintains strong internal relationships and external relationships

Hard Skills
5-7 Years of progressive responsibility or leadership experience in any of the following: Sales, Project Management, Finance, Customer Service, or Data & Operations
5 years' experience in handling negotiations
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships globally

Key responsibilities:
Global Opportunity (G.O.) Consulting and Negotiations – Be a trusted advisor to D&B’s sales teams and sales leadership teams managing our Strategic sales & Field sales teams, D&B’s largest account segments in North America (US & Canada) to evaluate and qualify large commercial customers’ requests for global solutions requiring a Global Opportunity case. Create and submit Global Opportunities cases to Worldwide Network members to communicate proposed customer solutions, local support requirements and intercompany compensation. Actively consult with and negotiate with Worldwide Network members to obtain their alignment and drive overall customer satisfaction and business growth.
Worldwide Network Policy Compliance. – Learn to be an expert and trusted advisor to sales leadership on the GO process for the Nordic market to ensure policy compliance and to qualify and accelerate large commercial customer sales requests through the Global Opportunity process. Create and deliver training programs for Nordic sales teams to reinforce Worldwide network policies and process procedures while satisfying customer needs.
Finance and Legal Compliance – Partner with legal to structure contract language to reflect global customer requirements and Worldwide Network policy compliance. Collaborate with finance to execute outgoing and incoming Intercompany compensation associated with global deals.
Escalations– Investigate, arbitrate and resolve escalations on large commercial customer deals concerning policy and rule violations to avoid imposition of financial penalties.
Pricing and Deal Structure– Partner with local Deal Management to structure and price global deals for large commercial customers to reflect customer value and meet internal profitability requirements.
Process Improvements – Continually reassess and improve policies and Global Opportunity process and procedures to accelerate global business deals and drive improvements in customer satisfaction.

Position requirements:
Required- Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in any of the following:
Sales, Project Management, Finance, Customer Service, or Data & Operations.
5+ years in handling negotiations,
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), strong negotiation skills, this includes being comfortable as a trusted advisor to leadership peers
Fluent in English and in at least one Nordic language (written and verbal), and moderate proficiency in Finnish
Outstanding organizational skills with an attention to detail
Strong relationship building skills, a team player who enjoys working with cross functional teams from around the globe (occasionally outside of typical business hours),International experience desirable, but not required
Ability to work independently and multitask, with a deadline focus
Proficient in MS Office, (moderate to advanced level experience using Excel) SFDC.com, and other web-based applications
