Senior Specialist Security

Responsibilities: Corporate Architecture & design office is responsibility for company-level R&D competence gap identification, improvement panning and implementation management including R&D process, methods and tools. We would like to have more experts as mentors to help us to keep up with European world-class best practice, you responsibility will be: Responsible for company level security aspect benchmarking and gap identification, driving system security design competence improvement including requirement management, design rule, guideline, process, methodology, tools, regulations and etc. Responsible for the specific competence improvement project, lead the project team. Participant in core network or 3G or 4G network system security solution design and guide the security requirement analysis, risk analysis, architecture design, system analysis and design rules, and the development to implement; Participant in long term and short term technical planning for security management; Participant in communication activities with the main European operators, help to clarify the customer demand. Qualifications Required: About 10 years experience in telecom product security management or system design, process management, method or tools; Product management or system design experience in telecom product such as core network, or RAN; Good communication skills and ability in pushing and driving R&D competence improvements in large telecom company.
