Job description

We are looking for a person with deep experience and knowledge, both theoretical and practical, of autoclave processes. The person also needs to have experience of other sterilization methods to be an expert within the sterilization area at the site. It is meritorious to have experience of microbiology methods and audits.
The person needs to be highly motivated, organized and structured, with a great ability to prioritize. It is important to be able to work independently and take own decisions to deliver results. It is also important to be able to cooperate and work in teams. A good communicator, good presentation skills, positive with high energy and passion are other important competencies for this role.

Minimum requirements

* Master of Science or Bachelor degree in Microbiology/Bio-chemistry or other relevant education

* Long experience from medical device or pharmaceutical industries in adequate fields as well as working according to GMP, ISO 17665 and ISO 11138
* Deep knowledge and long experience from research/development and process development in steam sterilization processes
* Experience of leading projects
* Good knowledge of statistics and handling of complex data
* Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish. Very high professional level in written and spoken English
* Experience of microbiology methods is a merit
* Experience in leading internal audits is an advantage
