Are you passionate about strategic sourcing and cost reduction? Our client is seeking a Senior Strategic Buyer to join their team in Gothenburg. If you have over 5 years of relevant experience and are ready to drive transformation initiatives, this role might be perfect for you!

Responsibilities:
• Initiate and drive strategic sourcing and cost reduction efforts
• Develop and implement segment strategy within the area of responsibility
• Drive strategic purchasing activities within the commodity
• Establish supplier relationship management processes
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate supplier integration plans
• Monitor market dynamics affecting materials/services availability and pricing
• Partner with internal clients to identify sourcing needs and define acceptable service levels
• Drive transformation initiatives such as digitalization and sustainability
• Manage projects/processes independently with limited supervision
• Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals

Requirements:
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Advanced knowledge obtained through education and work experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
