Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager

Your role

As Strategic Sourcing Manager within Program Procurement Business Area Surveillance at Saab, you will be part of our senior strategic team and work closely with Sales Management and bid-teams to flow down customer requirements into Supplier contracts. We are a small team and work close together.

You will act as lead in the Programs for Large sourcing cases for complex systems for Saabs Major projects within Combat systems and be commercial responsible for Supplier contracts, compliance towards these contracts as well as maintaining Supplier Relationship Management with the most strategic suppliers. You will manage large spend towards complex system suppliers and secure transparency between customer and supplier commitments through the execution of Combat System projects.

Your profile

You are a business driven Strategic Sourcing Manager with >5 years of experience from strategic procurement. Besides being passionate about doing business and negotiate global contracts with Suppliers, you are skilled in developing relationships with suppliers. Internally you have an analytical eye in combination with strategic thinking and ability to plan, organize, and implement multiple tasks. It is also important that you are a team player, flexible and have the right attitude.

Required Skills

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
* Knowledge and application of supplier contract strategy, negotiations, contractual terms, and contract administration.
* Excellent Communication and Influencing skills.
* Proven Project Management capability with demonstrated results.
* Stakeholder Management Qualifications.
* Experience from tech-industries is a merit.
