In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Join the dynamic CTO Office team responsible for shaping Swedbank Tech Strategy, including strategy formulation, updates, and monitoring for compliance
- Evaluate and provide guidance on the technology lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies and phasing out outdated ones across the Group
- Champion cost-efficient technology utilization across the organization
- Lead and advise on strategic initiatives that drive innovation and competitive advantage
- Identify and recommend new technologies and delivery models to stay at the forefront of the industry with strong interaction towards our senior architects
- Collaborate within a supportive team culture that values equality, rejects hierarchy, and encourages a fun work environment
What is needed in this role:
- Have a relevant experience in technology management, strategy, or business analysis, encompassing both advisory and implementation
- Possess knowledge in digital technology, IT cost trends, IT product and support systems, and vendor/supplier relationships
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to confidently present to senior stakeholders and address complex technical challenges
- Understand the day-to-day challenges businesses face, including leading activities such as identifying IT synergies, exploring outsourcing opportunities, and driving cost reduction
