The team

We are growing fast and are looking for new Strategy Consultants to join our strategy team. The main focus of our Strategy team is to truly understand our customers, their goals and challenges. We help them utilize customer data to improve the customer experience and create business results. You will join a company of top-notch colleagues and experts in the field of Data & Analytics, Marketing Technologies, Marketing & Sales strategy. Our team consists of a great bunch of people that help our customers translate customer data into business results. We continuously focus on competence development and make sure that everyone has the right tools at hand to succeed in their role.

The role

As a Strategy consultant you will be supporting our clients with their digital transformation, helping them become customer centric and supporting them in future proofing their capabilities. You will be responsible for clarifying and finding solutions to our clients’ challenges and work closely with a team of mixed competences. Our entrepreneurial culture will give you all the possibilities to develop and become an independent thought leader. The rest is up to your ambition! You will most likely be doing some of these things also:

- Help clients articulate their most important business needs within Marketing & Sales
- Design data-driven visions and strategies for clients
- Design Data x Algo x Action use cases with input from more technical colleagues
- Grow existing clients and support in New Business Sales
- Lead internal and external resources in digital transformation projects


Who are you?

As a person, you are curious and constantly wanting to push yourself to the limits of your knowledge. You want to challenge the status quo and get people to see their business in a new light. To thrive in the role you’ve got a strong interest in consultative sales and would like to learn account management. You have a can-do attitude and ability to act in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines on time and budget. People describe you as a true team player with a bit of a laid-back attitude. Beside your personality, we would also like you to have:

- Bachelor of Science in economics & business administration or similar fields
- Proven track record from management consulting within projects related to data, technology, organisational change, marketing, or sales.
- Experience from project management of cross functional teams
- Fluent in Swedish, as our customers require us to communicate in Swedish
- Fluent in English
- Other languages are a plus


Practical Information

This is a permanent position with a 6 months’ probation period, based at our Stockholm office at Katarinavägen 17. Starting date as soon as possible or by agreement. We offer a hybrid remote workplace. You will report to Team Lead Strategi.
