Senior Strategy Manager

For the Ostomy Care department in Global Marketing in Humlebk we are looking for an employee to join the management team and lead the efforts in defining and implementing winning strategies and related projects. Your key responsibilities - Driving business area strategy development and implementation - Driving strategic projects across countries - Participating in business development (M&A) projects as relevant - Monitoring market and competitor trends and initiating necessary actions - Management support in strategic decision-making Your qualifications - Leadership (having and fighting for your own strong points of view) - Problem-solving (analytical and numerical) - Story telling (communication that people easily understand and buy into) - Project and stakeholder management You have a - Master degree in business, or - Equivalent theoretical background You have experience within - 2-4 years experience from management or strategy consulting, and / or - 3-5 years experience from strategy departments in the industry Your personality - A positive extrovert that people like to work with - An open-minded analysts that brings onboard many different angles - A convincing presenter that quickly earns the attention of your audience We are Ostomy Care Marketing is a department with app. 20 people from 5 different nationalities. We are a rather young team working closely with our markets to set the global direction and launching products and programs that keeps us ahead of competition. We?re responsible for strategy, innovation and launches as well as brand development and life-cycle management. We work closely with the countries as well as the competence centres in Global Marketing, R&D and Global Operations. You will be part of the department?s management team reporting to the Vice President. We develop products and services that make life easier for people with very personal and private medical conditions. Working closely with the people who use our products, we create solutions that are sensitive to their special needs. We call this intimate healthcare. Our business includes ostomy care, urology and continence care, and wound and skin care. We operate globally and employ more than 7,000 people.
