Senior Strategy Manager

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Annual development of the bank’s tech strategy together with our main interna stakeholders
- Continuous development of relevant strategies for CIO and Digital Banking & IT (e.g. Channel, Daily Banking, Consumer payments, IoT, Cloud, etc.)
- Structuring analysis and driving case solutions to complex business problems
- Supporting our CIO, CTO, and senior management analysis on how to further our business
- Conduct competitive and trend analysis to evaluate changes needed
- Identify and analyze investment needs and opportunities related to our development and strategic direction


What is needed in this role:
- Strategy development experience with strong problem-solving ability, structure, and methodology
- You have a demonstrated ability to drive a case requiring complex strategic analysis
- You are forward-thinking with strong interest about global trends and changes to customer behavior
- You are interested in exploring how new technologies can be applied by the bank and what future digital development that can strengthen the bank’s position
- You enjoy working in a team and want to develop skills in how to manage uncertainty and differing views between senior stakeholders
- You can tell a story and contextualize complex challenges into an understandable narrative and develop warm stakeholder relationships
- You have a high delivery capacity, with the ability to work effectively together with your colleagues under time pressure
- You have strong written and oral communication skills with English being a requirement and Swedish and/or Baltics languages is an advantage
- You may previously have worked as: Tier 1 Strategy Consulting (preferably MBB), Digital Business Development, Corporate strategy development, Business development or strategy function in large organizations
