Do you love working with commercial strategy and executing on opportunities. Then the newly created role as Senior Strategy Manager at Atos Medical might be just the right challenge for you.
About the role
To further strengthen our continued growth we have created this new Senior Strategy Manager position within the Commercialization Team. In this role you will be reporting directly to the Director Commercial Development & Operations and you will be working closely with senior stakeholders like the President of Atos Medical and the Atos Leadership team.
You will have the privilege of working in a global and multi-cultural company in a role which enables you to independently drive strategic priorities, commercial opportunities and ensure execution in close collaboration with countries.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Drive the Commercialization annual business wheel
• Be a key sparring partner to the SVP Commercialization and the Global Leadership team at Atos Medical in identifying key commercial opportunities and priorities
• Be a core resource for Atos Medical President in her work towards the Global Leadership team, and be part of material preparation to the Coloplast Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors
• Manage global strategic and key commercial projects
• Act as sparring partner for the segment leads on Brand StrategiesDrive business cases for global and key market commercial initiatives
• Act both as a sparring partner and challenger for the markets and HQ functions

Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate has solid experience within global life science strategy and project management, has a commercial profile and excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Masters’ degree in business, strategy, economics, marketing or similar
• 8-10 years of experience from management consulting or a business analytical role supporting commercial functions (sales, marketing, business development)
• Strong analytical toolbox
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability and ambition to travel minimum 50 days yearly
