Senior Structural Engineer

Primarily, MVV:s customers are in the areas of automotive, offshore, oil/gas and manufacturing.

Position Description:

Main tasks (project):

- Perform Structural analysis and structural detail calculations
- Prepare design-, fabrication and testing documentation
- Give technical support to subcontractors and fabricators
- Participate in testing activities



Main tasks (basis):

- Participate in studies and tender activities, giving technical and commercial input

Skills & Required Experience:

Candidates should have the following skills:

- MSc or equivalent degree in Engineering within Mechanical, Structural or Naval Architecture
- 3 to 5 years engineering experience, preferably from subsea or offshore design and fabrication
- Strong design and engineering skills, preferably in STAAD and used to do checks according to a code.
- Ability to work in teams
- Good communications skills, both verbal and written
