Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Coordinate and drive activities to ensure timely and effective action through all phases of the deviation reporting process.
Collaborate with suppliers to conduct thorough root cause analyses (RCA) and ensure implementation of preventive measures.
Analyze statistics related to supplier-caused quality deficiencies, validate corrective actions, and identify recurring issues.
Prepare documentation and statistics for recurring meetings, including Supplier Performance Review, I-NCC Q-gate, and supplier meetings.
Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing processes and driving supplier and process development within your area of responsibility.
Foster and maintain strong internal relationships to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction among internal stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between the company and suppliers to manage operational requirements, documentation, and corrective actions across phases: recording, analyzing, remediating, implementing, and monitoring.
Ensure accurate cost basis for potential claims against suppliers.
