Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Planner to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Oversee and monitor the entire flow of goods, ensuring alignment with plans and proactively managing deviations and risks
Coordinate supplier relationships to verify delivery capacity in terms of quantity, pricing, and timelines, acting independently or through the Purchasing Organization as needed
Analyze sales history, trends, and market data to forecast demand and develop procurement plans that align with sales projections
Optimize inventory by balancing levels to avoid excess stock and capital investment, while ensuring product availability to meet customer needs
Plan inventory for seasonal peaks and promotions, ensuring stock is available and ready for sales periods and holidays
Collaborate closely with Category Managers and Purchasers to manage the goods flow, support new launches, and adjust the assortment in line with demand
Control costs associated with storage, transportation, and warehouse management by streamlining processes and utilizing space effectively
Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring products are available at the right time, contributing to enhanced sales and positive customer experiences

What you bring:
Proven experience in supply chain planning and management, with a track record of optimizing goods flow and handling supplier coordination
Hands-on experience with M3 Infor or similar ERP systems for effective inventory and procurement planning
Strong analytical skills in demand forecasting and inventory optimization, with the ability to interpret sales and market data
Proficiency in seasonal and promotional planning, capable of adapting stock levels to meet demand peaks
Collaborative mindset, with experience in working cross-functionally with purchasing teams to align on product assortment and launch plans
Focus on cost-efficiency in warehouse and logistics operations, with a strategic approach to minimizing costs while maintaining high standards
Customer-focused perspective, ensuring product availability that meets customer expectations
Fluency in Swedish, both written and spoken
