Senior Supply Planner – People Manager

We are now looking for a Senior Supply Planner role with people leadership responsibilities and a a specialist background who will have a major impact on the success of the supply planning department and key project deliveries. This position focus on people development and providing the right tools for their team to progress. It also executes operational plans with a direct impact on the function’s success as well as challenges processes and practices identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
About the job
As a Senior Supply Planner and People Manager you will take leadership in developing, anchoring and role model a lean, sustainability, digital, continuous development culture. It will be your mission to set goals and objectives for your planning function based on the department strategy, as well as plan, prioritize and allocate resources within the team enabling direct reports to work effectively.
In this position, you will also:
· Lead, coach and develop the team based on Our Leadership, Our Character and Our responsibility according to annual people processes and build competences within the team while driving the needed change management
· Monitors procedures and planners and analyzes results/KPIs to ensure planning quality and improvement
· Communicates and coordinates with other managers to drive action and results from key demand insights identified and ensure cost efficiency
· The review & development of technology with global IT coupled with ensuring the optimal use of systems available
· Support on the operational planning when necessary during seasonal periods
About you
· 2-3 years of Supply Chain/Logistics Experience
· 1-3 years of people management experience
· Education at MSc. Level within Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics or Optimization
· SAP & Excel knowledge
· Integrated Business Planning (IBP) & PowerBi knowledge is a plus
· Fluency in English. Swedish is a plus

You will be joining a team consisting of 9 full-time colleagues and 7 student assistants and part time employees. Together, we are responsible for daily, weekly and monthly supply plans and inventory management for 15 dairies & terminals. We are a strong mix ranging from the very experienced to the newly graduated, but together we share a busy every day with humor and team spirit. Feedback and knowledge sharing are growing assets in our informal culture.
