- We are hiring for Senior Support Manager to support operating and maintaining a highly reliable and stable group of platforms, balancing the need to implement the platform roadmap with ensuring platform functionality and satisfying the ongoing needs of the product development teams.
Experience of IT/Technology service operations and management including release management
Knowledge and experience of toolsets used to manage and monitor applications and infrastructure.
Knowledge about the systems they are responsible for
Good written and verbal communication skills
Troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; Appreciative of complex situations with ability to achieve partial resolution
