Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Support Technician who is experienced in authorization assignment, AD, VDI, and logging into servers, among other things.

What you'll do:
● Develop and implement technical procedures effective in quickly addressing customers’ problems to minimize downtime.
● Operate and work with equipment such as smartboards, external storage devices, computer diagnostic tools, printers etc.
● Handle incoming IT incidents, and orders and perform technical support on our IT systems.
● Solve cases in a structured way, perform initial troubleshooting and analysis to solve the problem independently, or make judgments about escalating the case further.
● Developed a prominent ability to analyze problems and solve them in a structured way.
