Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior System Analyst / Tester to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Manage and troubleshoot incidents and cases, ensuring timely resolution.
Conduct system and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure the platform’s functionality.
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and management of the platform and integrated systems.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and system performance.

What you bring:
Experience in incident and problem management, with a focus on ensuring operational continuity.
Knowledge and experience in testing and quality assurance; experience with automated testing is a plus.
Solid experience in IT development and maintenance of complex systems.
Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and troubleshooting.
Experience in e-commerce environments is a plus.
Ability to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
