Senior System Consultant

Our client has a vacant position as a Senior System Consultant within their MIS- Management Information System department. You will work closely with the Client Management Team and report to Director of Nordic Client Management and towards their European function Manager. Job & task description: . Database administration of Sybase and MS SQL servers . Develop reporting tools (Cognos Power Play and Impromptu reports) . Preparing and, if appropriate, participating in Quarterly meetings within the MIS-department. . Develop and run reports for selected clients. . Specific project work as directed by the Head of MIS, orientated towards creating efficiencies/increasing income in support of the Business Management Teams. . Testing of new reporting products . Competence in developing OLAP systems is preferred (e.g. Cognos Power Play cubes and Congas Impromptu reports) . Advanced competence in computer skills (Windows NT/2000/XP, Power Play User, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) . Planning and prioritization skills
