The MACH (Modular Advanced Control for High Performance) platform plays an important role in the worlds transition towards sustainable, renewable energy sources. The MACH platform R&D department takes care of the complete development phase from napkin idea to products in service. Your responsibilities
Work in a cross functional MACH system architect team where you will lead the development of MACH platform model
Lead and improve system engineering activities within MACH platform R&D department
Perform scientific, technological and management evaluations of MACH platform initiatives, to make pivot decisions on how to solve stakeholder needs in a balanced and effective way
Lead and guide agile scrum teams implementing system solutions
Lead system requirement management activities

Your Background
You have in-depth experience with model-based system engineering using sysML
Experience in requirement management
You are familiar working with standards
Fluent in English, written and spoken alike. Beyond this you are either fluent in Swedish or working towards Swedish proficiency
Minimum bachelor’s degree relevant to team professions (hardware, software). Education related to system engineering is meritorious
Three or more years of work experience within system engineering activities
You pay attention to details, support and value structure and order
