This is what your new colleagues do
In our part of the R&D, we code the base software on the Core Compute units and also integrate external software to enable successful integration with applications. Our teams work in an agile manner organized according to SAFe to be able to quickly adjust to changing requirements. We work with a state-of-the-art embedded multiprocessor environment including hypervisors, Linux, QNX, Rust and other modern technologies. Within Core Platform Nodes the Vehicle Integration Unit team is responsible for the routing of signals from sensors and actuators to the Core Compte Units. Here, we’re looking for a dual resource to be responsible for the team's execution, i.e. Scum Master according to SAFe and also having the being experienced with the requirement area.

What you will do
As a Scrum Master, you will be an important part of our Agile Release Train (ART). You will work together with other agile leaders to create a high-performance organization. We are relying on our Scrum Masters to be leaders and coach the teams using agile team practices with a focus on flow and taking the lead in continuous improvements. As a Requirements Manager, you will define and own the requirement process for the VIU. This includes feasibility analyses, defining software and process verification criteria, and balancing internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure the agreement of requirements with legal codes as well as documentation. You will focus on the quality and consistency of the software requirements of our product area while defining validation criteria together with our software developers. You will ensure that our requirements are both comprehensive and thoroughly described. You will negotiate new requirements with our stakeholders, while you continuously inform our developers about updates. You will carefully keep track of change requests, project timelines, and gaps between requirements and implementation. You will be the central contact of our area when it comes to requirement handling and improvement to ensure a world-leading software platform.

You and your skills
Mandatory requirements
- M.Sc in Software Engineering and/or Software Science or similar
- At least 10 years of experience working with Software Development
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile leader
- At least 5 years of experience from working handling software requirements
- You show proven excellence in handling embedded software systems
- You are an excellent networker and surely cross-functional with great communication skills
- You are fluent in spoken and written English
- Currently located in Sweden

Good to have
- You have been working with system architecture
- You have knowledge in Automotive SPICE
- You are an excellent networker and surely cross-functional with great communication skills
- You have been working successfully in an agile or lean environment
- Your “think-outside-of-the-box-attitude” is valued by your co-workers
- You have fun teaching and explaining complex correlations
- Experience from SAFe and Scrum
