Carton Bottle is one of three product development organizations within Development & Engineering (D&E) in Tetra Pak packaging Solutions.Systems Engineering is in D&E a major part of our drive to create better products in a shorter time, and create more value for our customers.As a Senior Systems Engineer in Carton Bottle you will in this position work with the Project Core Team to develop the system specification in collaboration with those responsible for subsystems.
In this role you will:
-Work with product development organisation to execute and enhance technical management (requirements, integrated solutions & validation) of systems throughout the system lifecycle
-Mainly perform system development activities in development projects
-Take party in development and integration of system & subsystem engineering capabilities
-Manage system performance status tracking
An important part of the role is coaching, facilitating and coordinating our development project managers and project members as well as engineering line managers and engineers.
Kvalifikationer
To be successful in this role you have a experience from leading product development in complex and human operated systems in sectors such as automotive, rail, aerospace or process industry that has provided you with a broad systems requirement, solutions and validation understanding.You are:
- a person with a broad technical experience and interest.
- humble towards the complexitry of the system enginering task.
- willing to listen and to communicate - with managers as well as with others - as you understand that your results require
intense collaboration.
- able to see, document and communicate the integrated picture related to relevant details (able to manage systems)
- a team player and a leader, with real change experience and have a continous improvment attitude
- able to operate with technical and organisational uncertainty and complexity.
- self-managed and possess personal drive, self-confidence and decisiveness
You should have experienced 'customer' contacts.Your educational background includes a university degree in Engineering or equivalent and you are fluent in spoken and written English, as we are a global company and English is our business language.
