Senior systems engineer, BESS

About the job

We are currently looking for an addition to our System Engineering team, a Senior Systems Engineer for our Battery Energy Storage Systems segment. Your main responsibilities will be to define system architecture and system requirements. You will also build and maintain requirements DB together with the system engineering team. The position is based in Kista, Sweden and business trips will occur.

Responsibilities:

- Define technical arcitecture and requirments for battery energy storage systems
- Requirment Specifications, both for internal designs and 3’rd party modules and products
- Technical lead throughout the development and integration process
- Drive pre-studies and concepts within the area
- Maintain a high knowledge of BESS commercial and industrial applications and technical trends.
- Create SW specifications including architecture
- Create test specifications for integration, verification and production test


Qualification and experience:

We believe that you have more than 10 years' experience from similar roles with a broad experience from BESS systems and system integration, as well as power distribution and conversion. Preferably you also have experience from functional safety critical systems and certifications. High English communication skills in both speech and writing Is necessary.
