You will become part of the Business Process Automation team and contribute to the modernization of the area. We are on a journey to build a modern platform and services to enable fast time to value using low-code tools to automate and simplify tasks and workflows.
To succeed as Senior Systems Engineer you have:
extensive knowledge and experience in operating and managing a Power Platform environment
extensive knowledge and experience of building solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
knowledge of using Dataverse (CDS), REST API integrations and creation of custom connectors
good understanding of Microsoft product portfolio (Office365, Dynamics365, Teams, SharePoint etc.)
good knowledge in how to transform and optimize the area
experience of working in agile/iterative software development teams and with agile development practices
excellent communication and coaching skills and an ability to make data driven decisions

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Senior Systems Engineer you will be responsible for designing and delivering high quality digital services and engineering to support consumers across Ingka and Inter-IKEA Systems to be more efficient and reach the many people.
You will coach engineers and promote modern software engineering principles, proper tools and increase of automation to enable the specified business outcomes and create a strong digital foundation for IKEAs Digital products and business.
Among many tasks you will:
Be responsible for developing, running, monitoring and supporting the assigned Product or Service using the right toolsets required in order to deliver according to requirements
Design, develop and deliver a technology service through automation and self-service capabilities for efficiency, availability and usability
Design and educate in ways of working for other engineers encouraging good practices to meet consumer expectations on Service delivery
Maintain the provisioning, life cycle management and operation of environments in order to fulfil the service commitments
Ensure and review systems compliance towards legislations, policies or other requirements in order to stay compliant
Take responsibility for cooperation and align key stakeholders throughout the IKEA Group with interdependencies towards Group Digital to develop Product/Service design and technical roadmaps
In this role you will report to Engineering Manager in Business Process Automation, Digital Workplace. This role is located in Helsingborg or Älmhult, Sweden.
