WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To succeed at Exeger, we believe that you have worked for several years in a similar role, most likely in an in-house position within a rapidly growing and evolving business, preferably within the industry, where you have recruited engineers and technical expertise at various levels.

To thrive in this role, you need to enjoy working with many people within the organization and embrace a varied and ever-changing daily routine. The pace is high, and you are accustomed to an environment where flexibility is required, both in the short and long term. Here, you can make a real impact! There is a solid foundation in the Talent Acquisition work, but you have excellent opportunities to both develop and grow. The team is engaged, passionate, and at the same time, humble. In terms of experience, you should recognize yourself in the following:


• Worked independently for several years throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Proficient user of LinkedIn Recruiter and skilled in search techniques.
• Experience with Employer Branding.
• Familiarity with stakeholder management and numerous points of contact.
• You have a data driven approach.
• You speak and write fluent English since the company language is English.
