About the job
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Stockholm team! You will report to the Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition while working closely with the HR Manager for Calabrio International. In this role, you will act as a key player, responsible for attracting top talent to our global Calabrio community. This is a full-cycle recruitment role with an international scope.
Based in our new office in central Stockholm, you will be sourcing and interacting with potential candidates on social media and in professional networks, conducting interviews, and collaborating with members of the hiring teams to determine position requirements and schedule all incoming interviews.
What you’ll be doing:
Partner with a diverse group of business leaders and employees globally, providing expert recruiting guidance and resources to attract top talent.
Source and screen potential candidates based on the job requirements provided
Manage all job postings on external and internal career sites (Workday, LinkedIn, corporate website, etc.)
Partner with the recruiting team to determine priority positions, messaging, and marketing of new roles.
Schedule and manage all on-site interviews.
Correspond with your candidates throughout the recruiting/interviewing process.
Partner with the team and employees with internal/external campus recruiting events and activities.
Manage candidates in ATS
Participate with the HR/Recruiting team on various company projects
Partner with HR on the development and maintenance of internal internship program, plus other recruiting programs the company offers.

Requirements
We’re looking for:
Must have a strong customer focus and be able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence
Must have a "solutions-focus", being able to sort through information and develop innovative solutions quickly
Proven experience designing and executing new talent acquisition programs
Experience leading a talent acquisition function in a fast-paced, distributed workforce
Demonstrates ability to integrate automated solutions and use technology to improve processes

Requirements:
3-5 years of full desk recruiting experience with a preference in either software and/or corporate setting
Experience with recruiting techniques, recruitment plan development, proactive sourcing and networking, talent brand development, talent and compensation marketing strategy (including social media), interviewing techniques, and onboarding best practices
Experience managing the full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles at a time, taking the lead on elevating our global talent acquisition processes, serving as the business owner for an ATS, and supporting the success of other talent acquisition partners globally.
