Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (English and Spanish Speaker)

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be:
Collaborating with managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics
Developing innovative sourcing strategies via job boards, social media, networks, and industry events to engage candidates
Conducting comprehensive candidate assessments for skills, qualifications, and cultural alignment
Managing candidate pipelines and ATS to streamline recruitment and ensure accurate records
Enhancing employer branding in collaboration with HR, positioning the medical devices firm as a preferred industry employer
Participating in events and networking to build a robust talent pool and stay updated on industry trends
Providing recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost, and source efficacy, for informed decision-making
Guiding offer negotiations, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Fostering relationships with external agencies and vendors

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
You speak a English and Spanish fluently
You hold a degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar field
You have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry
You are based in Barcelona
You have in-depth knowledge Linkedin
Recruiting experience for marketing or sales positions is desirable
You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
You have experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools
You have excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
You are proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing recruitment priorities and business needs
