Job description
You are an experienced team manager  who immediately can join our client. Work location is right at the city center of Stockholm, possibility to start the assignment from home. You will collaborate with diverse, highly skilled teams in a fast-paced environment and helping them work together.

Responsibilities
In this role you will lead the product strategy and roadmap for a team that is responsible for parts of the product experience that’s custom to the consumer users (music makers and podcasters) at our client. You will also work together with the business unit, contributing to business strategies and outcomes, where specific initiatives are dependent on parts of the product you will manage.

Partner with design, engineering, product insights, and functions throughout the business unit, to drive growth and the product experience to the next level
Work with functions in all parts of the organization, and help build buy-in and alignment for your goals and roadmaps and be responsible for contributing toward their goals
Passionately drive focus of the team towards the right objectives, balancing short versus long term needs, balance the needs of different stakeholders and progress toward different metrics

Collaborate with other product managers, influencing with strategy and insight e.g. by developing perspective on cross product area opportunities
Develop knowledge of insights and identify knowledge gaps for the product area.

Qualifications
Passion for driving growth through a product experience that enables music makers and podcasters to create and collaborate
At least 5 years of of experience with leading product development, with proven ability to work cross functionally
Experience working with products that supports a creation user experience, as opposed to consumption user experience
A user centric and data driven approach to forming product strategy and decision making
Experience with e.g. agile, lean-startup, design-thinking, lean-ux or growth hacking concepts – with a deep understanding of the essence of such concepts and what they mean in practice
Excellent leadership and relationship building skills.
