Job Role : Senior Tech Lead

Initiating different project discussion with different stakeholders as team lead.
Analyzing ,designing , architecting and estimating the requirements and assigning it to different resources.
Guiding resources technically with best coding practices, doing regular and periodic code reviews. Leading a team of 10-12 people as well as conducting daily & weekly scrums.
Reporting to external and internal stakeholders. Working as independent SharePoint developer.
