This role will be specifically supporting the Product Creation, which includes Design, Sustainability, Consumer Offer etc. hiring teams within the Product Management functions. The team you will be joining works on highly technical recruitments and is motivated to impact the way we engage with talents to become even better and more attractive as an employeer.

What you´ll do 
As a Senior Tech Recruiter, you will have full life cycle recruitment accountability. You will act as an advisor, partner with Senior Product Leaders  to support current and future needs. You will build and maintain a pool of key talents and engage with them continuously to secure candidate involvement and a strong pipeline for upcoming recruitments.
Your responsibilities will include attracting the right talent globally by proactively sourcing, searching and connecting with people around the world. You also partner with the lead recruiter for Product Managment and together develop processes and best practices for a delightful candidate experience.

Who are you?
To be successful in this role you have a University degree. We expect you to have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment/search within tech/digital  A suitable background is a technical recruiter with prior experience recruiting Product Managers at a Tech Company.  
You need experience supporting managers with  search and it is a plus if you have worked in a global environment
Experience is important, but personality is key! We are looking for someone who is passionate and engaged, who wants to take an active part in developing our ways of working.  Since we work with many different stakeholders internationally while sometimes having tight deadlines, you need to have high integrity, strong communication and cooperation skills.
Furthermore, we work in a fast paced and at times demanding environment, so you need to be business and performance driven. Finally you must be fluent in English, both verbally and written.

Location: Gothenburg, Stockholm or Lund
