Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who has a proven track record recruiting for different industries specially tech-industry.

What you'll do:
● Effectively partners with senior-level stakeholders, potentially across multiple areas of domain expertise.
● Drives collaboration with PX Partners & Finance partners(with TA leads)to build process improvements for operational effectiveness based on data, beliefs and insights.
● Responsible for a diverse set of recruitments which may include leadership or senior roles in the business.
● Proactively uses recruitment data to advise the business, and identifies problems pre-emptively.
● Understand of the TA philosophy/strategy which facilitates ability to define and measure projects that will have the greatest impact.
Who you are:
● Have a university degree in Human Resources, or equivalent area of education and must have relevant working experience.
● Have a proven experience in full cycle recruitment activities and have 3+ years of hands-on end to end recruitment experience within the tech-industry.
● Ability to maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring interactions, and other administrative recruitment activities.
● Excited by a creative and dynamic work environment, with proven ability to prioritize concurrent responsibilities.
● Outstanding stakeholder and candidate management skills, to ensure a positive candidate experience and a streamlined approach to our hiring process.
