Are you ready to join a progressive and innovative company on a mission to simplify people's lives? Our client is seeking a Senior Tech Recruiter to be a key player in building a world-leading recruitment organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent globally by actively seeking, searching, and networking with individuals globally, you will also be responsible for recruiting top-tier candidates through thorough screening, interviewing, and administering psychometric assessments.

Requirements

- In order to thrive in this position, you should possess a university degree or equivalent experience.
- We require a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting for roles in Data Science, AI, and Data Analytics.
- An ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a top recruiter at a reputable search firm, with prior experience in high-volume recruitment for global companies.
- Experience in proactive sourcing is essential, and familiarity with global environments is beneficial.
- Additional qualifications in psychometric testing are preferred.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
