Job Description
As a Sr. Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for tech positions, with a special focus on Engineering roles. You are acting as a talent advisor to hiring managers, bringing insights and guidance, and enabling the H&M Group to attract and hire great people with the right competence for our business organizations.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Drive the full recruitment process for tech positions, from requisition intake meetings with hiring managers up to offer negotiations with candidates.
Manage and prioritize a high volume of job requisitions across different business units, with varying levels of complexity.
Proactively source, attract, and engage active and passive talent through a variety of methods to build a consistent pipeline.
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand and ensure alignment on the specifications of each role needed while creating and executing solid sourcing and recruiting plans.
Influence and guide key stakeholders in challenging conversations and situations with candidates, utilizing your expertise and data insights from the recruitment landscape and candidate pool.
Prepare and sign offers for candidates, owning your offer acceptance rate metrics.

Qualifications
You are a true team player who enjoys working with a variety of people. We believe you are self-driven, curious, and brave, wanting to try new things, and finding motivation in exploring innovative ways to drive results and have an impact. You are a strong communicator with the ability to influence others.
Key competencies:
Advanced sourcing skills (Boolean, xrays, etc. LinkedIn recruiter preferred).
Excellent communication skills (including good copywriting).
Senior stakeholder management.
Negotiation.
Basic data savviness (ability to create and interpret basic performance reports).
Talent profiling and assessments.

What is your background?
5+ years of experience as a tech Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter (tech background is essential for this role).
Preferably experience hiring for a high-volume pipeline model.
Preferably experience in fast-paced, tech environments.
Excellent English proficiency.
