ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are now looking for experienced Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Consultants for our client located in Gothenburg. As a part of our client's global Talent Acquisition team you will get the possibility to work with great HR professionals who believe in working and achieving results together. As a Tech Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Consultant at our client you will work closely with business leaders and line managers to build their people capability. With the mission to enable the future success and growth by identifying, matching and selecting the most qualified candidates, you will be the point of Talent Acquisition expertise for dedicated business areas.
In summary you will be responsible for:
Full life cycle recruitment accountability, acting as an advisor and partner
Providing guidance and coaching for Hiring Managers in supporting current and future needs for building successful teams
Bringing recruitment expertise and developing solutions to help the business area deliver its strategy
Influencing and building relationships with people around the business
Sourcing, headhunting and connecting with people around the world
Building and maintaining a network and pool of key talent, and engage with them continuously to secure candidate involvement and strong pipeline for upcoming recruitments
Continue our work for the best candidate experience that will lead to becoming the employer of choice
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
A University degree within HR, Business Administration, Service Management or another relevant field
Minimum 4 years of experience working with full life cycle recruitment and using non-bias and proven recruitment methods
Strong sourcing skills
We see it as a great advantage if you have experience from successfully recruiting talents within Tech/Digital positions. Experience in working in a global, preferably fast-growing environment, is a plus.

This is a consultant assignment meaning you will be employed by OIO. The ambition is for the assignment to be transferred to a permanent employment at the client company.
