About us
As Senior Technical Advisor Power Electronics, you will be reporting to the department manager of Power Electronics and be a part of the department management team. The department consists of two agile ARTs, Power Electronics Hardware respectively Power Electronics Software and the areas of responsibility are development, design, and verification of in house developed power inverters and other power electronics in the propulsion system, hardware, and software. We are also responsible for the integration of purchased power electronic components in the propulsion system into the cars.

About you
We believe you have a long and broad experience in Power Electronics Hardware and Software, you are a great listener, curious and visible leader who show courage and give trust to build confidence. You believe in working through empowerment and recognition.

Your skills
* MSc degree or higher in engineering
* Broad network in the field of Power Electronics, both in the academic world as well as the industry
* Experience from automotive engineering is meritorious
* Experience of launching products into mass production
* Experience from international or global environment is an advantage
* Advanced leadership skills
