Senior Technical Artist

10 Chambers is a fully-funded scale-up game studio backed by Tencent and based in the beautiful city of Stockholm, Sweden. We are an ambitious, creative and collaborative team with a lifelong love for games. We have just recently released GTFO, a co-op FPS game and are about to start working on our next legendary AAA co-op gaming experience.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Artist who is passionate about games.
In this role you are the link between the artists and the programmers, and you will use both your strong understanding of creative/visual aesthetics and deep technical knowledge. You will support a team of artists and programmers, develop, and maintain tools to improve artists’ workflow and ensure that content meets the technical needs.
Required Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in the game industry
Ideally at least one AAA title developed and shipped from start to finish
Experienced in fixing framerate problems
Strong knowledge in Maya, Max, Unity 3D, Substance Painter, Substance Designer, Motionbuilder
Self-motivator, collaborative and helpful attitude, passionate about your work
Strong communication skills
Excellent command of English (Swedish is not a requirement)

Bonus Qualifications
Knowledge of writing shaders
Experience with rigging
