As Technical Engineer you will be an integral part of our Collaboration team. A global cross functional agile product team of amazing professionals, that deliver a lot of different products and services to enable our colleagues to efficiently collaborate. The core of collaboration is Microsoft Teams, and where relevant, the collaboration experience is complemented with other products to meet the requirements from our business. In addition, we are also responsible for our telephony and video solutions across the H&M Group as well as the technical design of our meeting room experience.


Your responsibilities
The job of a senior Technical Engineer comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your work includes:
Creating and maintaining a roadmap of the product Collaborate
Really understanding the needs of our personas to ensure we can enable them to do their job more effectively and more fun
Continuous assessment of new technology to excel our Collaborate delivery
Being the technical link between service delivery and development



Your mindset and skills

You enjoy working in teams, but is still able to work independently and like to take own initiatives. You have the ability to work with many different stakeholders.


Qualifications
5+ years of experience as Technical architect/Technical engineer within the unified collaboration field
MS 365 knowledge
Cisco UC knowledge (legacy)
Good communication skills
Ability to condense new technology in a high level design



It is beneficial if you have previous experience from:
Digital Workplace background
Previous experience from working within retail
