About the Role
As the Senior Technical Recruiter/Talent Manager in Qapital’s Stockholm office, you will oversee all recruitment efforts, focusing primarily on developers, product owners/managers, product designers, and other technical roles, with periodic recruitment for general business roles. You will handle both the full-cycle recruitment for open roles and help to strategically develop and improve existing processes. You will ensure that recruitment practices deliver excellent candidate experiences, meet legal compliance requirements, and reflect best practices. Together with hiring managers and internal subject matter experts, you’ll identify the most appropriate sources for candidates and manage our relationships with external recruitment agencies. Additionally, you’ll help to develop Qapital’s Employer Value Proposition and ensure that messaging is consistently communicated through all our recruiting and onboarding initiatives.
This role will work in close collaboration with Qapital’s dedicated engineering team, CTO, and People team based in New York. The Stockholm office is located in Gamla stan and has around 40 employees.
Skills and Requirements
We are looking for a strong technical recruiter with a hands-on approach and desire to impact the full cycle of talent acquisition, including EVP development, candidate experience, hiring process design and implementation, and new hire onboarding. If you’re looking to substantially impact the growth of a start-up, we’d like to hear from you!
Furthermore, you have:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, including at least one year focused on technical recruitment.
- Fluency in both English and Swedish, with great written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of engineering teams and tools, and the ability to understand talent acquisition needs related to Qapital’s technology.
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and experience implementing company-wide processes and initiatives related to talent acquisition and management.
- Ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment, identifying your own opportunities for success and iterating based on feedback.
- Passion for delivering amazing employee and candidate experiences.
- In-house recruiting experience is preferable, ideally in a high-growth start-up setting.
