At HVDC Control and Protection team, we are making the applications that ensure we bring electricity to homes worldwide without any disruptions. We boast of an installed base of more than 200 GW of power running worldwide.
The team is primarily based in Ludvika which is the lead execution center for HVDC in Hitachi Energy. The team comprises of experienced individuals in their own domains and are building the product portfolio stronger with better system design. We are looking at our scalability and would love for you to be a part of our team.
Your Responsibilities
Extensive knowledge and experience from system development and integration within HVDC control and protection domain.
Knowledge and experience from Control and Protection systems, including substation protection, SCADA Automation and Telecommunication systems is desirable.
You are always open to develop new skills within HVDC domain.
You have a genuine technical interest and are aware of current market solutions and offerings of our competitors.
You have a strong sense of quality and are motivated to take on a new challenge.
The criticality of the role shall need you to be comfortable in a dynamic and changing environment and excel at time management.
You are effective in meetings, communication with customers, peers and have a desire to hone your soft skills further.
Your background
Participate in requirement management of tenders we offer and ensure collaboration within the team.
Be part of customer meetings, negotiations, internal design review meetings and workshops.
Provide proactive input to management team and product ownership board in relation to current and incoming tenders.
Identify and communicate clearly of risks and deviations in meeting tender requirements.
