Senior Test Engineer

QuNano AB is a venture-backed, development-stage nanotechnology company focused on development and commercialization of next generation quantum nanoscale semiconductor materials and devices for the electronics, optoelectronics and sensor markets based on its proprietary heterostructured nanowire epitaxial growth and process technologies.Lars Samuelson, specializing in semiconductor epitaxial layer growth controlled down to the atomic level and nanometer size patterning techniques.QuNano AB is situated at Ideon Science Park in Lund, Sweden.Job description: As Senior Test Engineer you will be a key member of the team developing optoelectronic devices based on a novel technique made possible by QuNano's proprietary processing technology.You will be responsible for testing of optical, electrical and thermal performance of devices against the specifications and customer requirements.You will set up, calibrate and maintain testing infrastructure, design and implement test protocols.You will identify, select and purchase, or when that is more suitable design and develop, equipment for required testing and measurment. You will ensure the world-class accuracy of the measurements and traceability to international calibration standards.Working with application engineers, you will desing testing matrix, define specification windows and ensure required testing throughput.Working with reliability engineers you will develop test protocols for monotoring device performance.You are expected to work in a close collaboration with the process development team and you will also interface with outside contract manufacturers.Requirements: B.Sc.or M.Sc.in electrical engineering, physics or equivalent.A minimum of 5 years industrial development experience with semiconductor devices.processing and recent hands-on experience with fabricating GaN based devices.You have a backround in optics and photometry and experiance with optical calibration.If you have experiance with thermal testing is that a plus.
