Ericsson is launching a new Mobile Money solution to support basic banking services for unbanked people worldwide. This provides a unique opportunity for you to be part of building and enhancing this next generation payment platform.
We are looking for a Senior Test and Operational engineer with experience around software development, automated testing and operation/maintenance.
Ericsson will deliver a product and integrate into the customers environment enabling the customer a feature rich and compliant solution with support for multiple channels and an extensive range of sophisticated account management and transaction services.
The engineer is responsible to convert incoming business requirements from customers into cost effective strategy, being able to take part of a team securing the quality and functionality of the services and solutions. Within the context of Mobile Money this involves defining the impact of global and local regulations on the platform and its deployments in various countries.
Main tasks for this role:
1. Provide technical and industry expertise on element within Revenue Management/Mobile Money .
2. Requirement writing and handling of test objects and processes, software quality and deployment strategies within the early processes of presale and deployment.
3. Verify the function of the Mobile Money software solution continuously complies with:
o Financial regulations (e.g. AML, Financial Fraud, Regulatory requirements on Financial Legal Entities, Risk management, Basel 2, Lending and other relevant banking regulations) o Accounting regulations (e.g. IFRS/IAS, best practices within bank accounting, COREP/FINREP and audit routines)
o Contractual law (e.g. transfer of ownership, debt law)
o Using Swedish Financial Regulations (FFFS, Law), EU regulations (CEBS, BIS) global policymakers such as the World bank, UK FSA etc and other sources of regulatory relevance as guidelines
4. Respond to, interact with and thoroughly assist the implementation towards Financial Service Authorities (FSA) and partners in their continuous evaluation of the global and local platforms.
Kvalifikationer:
. A university degree (MSc or BSc), preferably within Finance, Software Engineering and/or Law
. Experience of agile teamwork and well developed communication skills
. At least 3 years of relevant experience
. Speak and write English fluently
Meritorious
We appreciate candidates with:
. Been involved in testing and quality in software development for Revenue Management/Mobile Money
. Experience of working with payments, banking compliance and/or risk management within the financial service sector
. Regulatory and banking experience preferably related to payments
. Interacting with other partners and aligning and communicating escalation and impacts
. Experience of inter-working between system over secure channels, such as Radius, VPN, SSL, etc
. Knowledge in the areas of PCI-DSS, OFAC, KYC, AML
. Positive and proactive attitude towards testing and problem solving environment
Experience of telecom systems is appreciated.
