Nasdaq Stockholm is looking for a Senior Test Engineer with experience in manual and automation testing to join theEuropean Market Operations team. European Market Operations teams are responsible for the operations of the Nordic and Baltic Equities and Derivatives exchanges. This position is within the Business Verification team, which is responsible for business and user acceptance testing for the exchange's Derivative systems.


Our teams main responsibility is to ensure the successful implementation of system enhancements for internal and external users. You will be part of the team working the acceptance testing of enhancements on our post-trade systems, clearing and settlement, flows to the relevant CSDs, Swift payments and post-trade operations of our Clearing Operations team. We are looking for a client-focused candidate with a genuine desire and drive to deliver top technology solutions to todays markets.

Your role and responsibilities:


Being part of user acceptance test projects on behalf of Nasdaqs exchanges
Plan and lead test activities in collaboration with operational teams
Review requirements, design and test specifications and participate in the approval of business requirements and technical solutions
Preparation, execution, analysis and reporting of manual and/or automated test cases in UAT release projects
Collaborate with business development, operational teams and development teams


We expect you to have:


Experience as a Test Lead
Experience in securities clearing and settlement, post-trade, CSD flow, CSDR and swift payments
Experience in test automation
Several years of experience in Quality Assurance infinancial markets
Knowledge in agile and waterfall test approaches
Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
Specialist certifications in QA/Testing methodology
Fluent in written and spoken English

You will work in close collaboration with the project management team, business analysts and other operational and business specialists. The successful candidate is analytical, innovative, highly driven, result-oriented, and able to multi-task.
